Donald Glover’s planned Disney+ series centered around the character Lando is now being redeveloped as a movie by Lucasfilm, according to Stephen Glover, Donald’s brother, who was involved in the project. The project initially began as a Disney+ series, but the Glovers took over writing duties after a writer’s strike, and it eventually evolved into a feature film. Donald Glover previously portrayed Lando Calrissian in 2018’s “Solo: A Star Wars Story,” and although the film faced challenges at the box office, Glover received praise for his performance. The project is currently on hold due to a writer and actors strike.
