A video clip has surfaced showing the Django Unchained actor discussing the ordeal with onlookers in downtown Phoenix. According to the individual who originally shared the video, the conversation took place over a weekend.
Reflecting on the trigger of the unspecified health scare, Jamie Foxx reveals in the brief footage, “On April 11th last year, I had a terrible headache. I asked my friend for an Advil [snaps fingers], and the next thing I knew, I was out for 20 days. I have no recollection of what happened.”
He goes on to say, “I found myself in Atlanta, where my sister and daughter took me to see the first doctor. They administered a cortisone shot. The following doctor mentioned, ‘There seems to be something concerning happening up there [points to head].'”
