Jay-Z Hosts Star-Studded Blackjack Charity Event

Published:

Renowned rapper Jay-Z is set to host an exclusive blackjack charity event, featuring top performers and celebrity guests, to benefit his Reform Alliance. The event, scheduled for September 30th, will be unlike any other, with special custom-made casino gaming tables provided by the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ, serving as the stage for live performances.

Among the stellar lineup of performers are Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, and more. The intimate gathering, limited to just 200 VIP attendees, boasts an exclusive guest list, including ASAP Rocky and Jack Harlow, as well as high-profile figures like Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Emily Ratajkowski, Megan Thee Stallion, and Reform Alliance board members such as Michael Rubin and Robert Kraft.

According to an Atlantic City insider, the Ocean casino is constructing unique tables capable of accommodating live performances while guests indulge in casino gaming. Kim Kardashian, fresh from Paris Fashion Week, is expected to attend the black-tie event alongside her sister Kourtney Kardashian, who is anticipating her fourth child with musician Travis Barker.

The event’s focus is on supporting Reform Alliance, an organization dedicated to reforming probation and parole laws. Founded by Jay-Z, the charity has successfully advocated for changes in 11 states and aims to provide a pathway to justice for over 700,000 individuals unfairly entangled in the legal system.

Jay-Z’s brainchild for Reform Alliance’s inaugural fundraising event is a blend of a fun-filled party, a card tournament with a 007 theme, and an enticing $1 million jackpot. The generous seven-figure prize is generously provided by the casino. The event anticipates raising $20 million, with a $100,000 buy-in required for players and $50,000 for other attendees.

To add an element of luxury, VIPs will be transported via donated helicopters shuttling between New York City and Atlantic City. The Reform Alliance board includes prominent figures such as Clara Wu Tsai, Robert Smith, Michael Novogratz, and Laura Arnold. The event will also draw NBA superstars, private equity magnates, hedge fund managers, and top CEOs, making it a star-studded affair with a noble cause.
