After a long relationship that spanned over a decade, Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa have finalized their divorce in a swift and amicable manner.
The dissolution of their marriage, which had already been in the works for years, was officially granted by a Los Angeles County judge, marking the end of their union. Despite being married for more than seven years, Bonet and Momoa had been a couple for a total of 12 years before tying the knot in 2017.
Bonet, also known as Lilakoi Moon, initiated the divorce proceedings in January, with the official separation date listed as October 7, 2020, over three years prior to the legal filing. The couple had publicly announced their separation in 2022.
The divorce proceedings progressed swiftly and without contention, with both parties forgoing financial support and reaching a mutual agreement on asset division. They have also decided on joint custody of their 16-year-old daughter, Lola, and 15-year-old son, Nakoa-Wolf, demonstrating a commitment to co-parenting their children harmoniously.
