A$AP Rocky’s Former Associate Testifies in Assault Case, Alleging Threats and Shooting

Published:

In the ongoing criminal trial of A$AP Rocky, a former A$AP Mob member, Terell Ephron, testified that Rocky not only shot him two years ago but also threatened to kill him before the incident. Ephron, also known as A$AP Relli during his time with the group, detailed the deterioration of his relationship with Rocky as the rapper’s career soared, leading to resentment and alleged dishonesty.

According to Ephron’s testimony, a meeting at an L.A. hotel aimed at resolving their issues turned violent when Rocky, accompanied by associates, confronted him. Ephron claimed that Rocky pointed a gun at his stomach, uttering threats. While the shooting did not occur immediately, Ephron alleges that Rocky fired around four shots shortly after their heated exchange, hitting his hand. Ephron delayed reporting the incident to the police out of fear.

Rocky, who has pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, listened to Ephron’s testimony during the preliminary hearing. The trial is set to resume on November 20, with a source suggesting that Ephron’s case might face challenges due to inconsistencies in his statements.
