In a recent Instagram post, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes announced their upcoming joint project, a new podcast with the hashtag #SilentNoMore. The caption of their photo, shared on both of their Instagram accounts, cheekily exclaimed, “How’s this for Instagram official?”
According to a news release, in addition to hosting and executive producing their podcast, the dynamic duo will be working on an array of upcoming content for iHeartPodcasts. The podcast, titled “Amy & T.J.,” is expected to delve into thought-provoking discussions about current events, pop culture, and a wide range of topics.
Robach and Holmes, both former hosts of GMA3, an extension of ABC’s “Good Morning America,” captured headlines last year when their budding romance was revealed. This revelation led to their temporary hiatus and removal from the airwaves. At the time, they were both married to other individuals but had separated from their respective spouses.
Robach’s divorce from her ex-husband, Andrew Shue, was finalized in March, while Holmes concluded his divorce proceedings with his ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, in October.
In January, the pair departed from the ABC News network. An ABC News spokesperson commented, “After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, about different options, we all agreed it’s best for everyone that they move on from ABC News. We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are thankful for their contributions.”
The “Amy & T.J.” podcast is scheduled to launch on December 5 and will be available on the iHeartRadio app and all major podcast platforms.
