Blac Chyna Accuses Tyga of Triggering Custody Battle Over Their Son

Published:

Blac Chyna recently filed for joint custody of her 11-year-old son, whom she shares with the rapper Tyga. In her court filings, Chyna points the finger at Tyga, claiming that he has been uncooperative and refuses to communicate with her regarding their child.

Chyna explained that during the first four years of their son’s life, she had custody on weekdays, Monday through Friday. However, her life underwent significant changes when she became pregnant with her daughter, Dream. Managing school, pregnancy, and a new relationship became challenging, prompting a shift in their custody arrangement. Chyna began having their son on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, ensuring he attended school on Mondays. This adjustment was made to accommodate their new circumstances and responsibilities.

Everything seemed to be working well until recently. Chyna noticed a change in Tyga’s behavior, claiming that he started keeping their son for longer periods, especially after her legal case involving the Kardashians.

As a result, the situation has escalated into a custody battle. Chyna expressed her desire for the legal proceedings to conclude, stating, “Can’t wait ’til it’s over with.” She also alleged that Tyga has been unwilling to handle the matter outside of the court system, despite his greater financial means.

Chyna questioned why they couldn’t resolve their issues through a simple conversation, considering Tyga’s financial advantage. She expressed her disappointment, saying, “We just both don’t need this. … The whole world’s watching, and it’s like, ‘We could’ve just had a conversation, man.'”
