Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori are under fire for alleged racism and exposing minors to pornography in a recent lawsuit that has sent shockwaves through the music industry.
As reported by The Washington Post, the lawsuit, brought forth by eight former employees of Kanye’s YZYVSN streaming service, accuses the rap icon, his former chief of staff Milo Yiannopolous, and their Yeezy company of fostering a racist work environment with harsh conditions. The employees claim they were not paid as promised and faced discriminatory treatment, including racial slurs and unequal opportunities based on race.
Disturbingly, the plaintiffs, some as young as 14, also allege that they were subjected to pornographic content by Bianca Censori, further escalating the gravity of the accusations. Despite Kanye’s initial plans to launch a Yeezy Porn brand, the project seems to have been abandoned.
The lawsuit highlights the lack of safeguards to protect underage workers from exposure to explicit material, raising serious concerns about the company’s practices. The former employees are seeking unpaid wages, damages for emotional distress, and legal fees in their pursuit of justice.
While Kanye West has remained silent on the matter, Milo Yiannopolous has vehemently denied the allegations, dismissing them as baseless and targeting the credibility of the accusers.
This legal battle adds to a series of lawsuits Kanye West is currently facing, including allegations of sexual harassment from a former assistant. The ongoing controversies have cast a shadow over the once-revered artist, raising questions about accountability and ethical conduct in the entertainment industry.
