In a delightful throwback, Meghan Markle was spotted grooving to a reggae tune in an unseen video shared on Instagram by her former Suits co-star, Patrick J. Adams. The clip, filmed in 2012 but posted recently, features the now 42-year-old actress dancing to Mr. Vegas’s “Heads High.”
The video offers a glimpse into a casual moment shared by Meghan, Patrick, and other Suits cast and crew members, including Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt in the series) and Patrick’s wife, Troian Bellisario. The scene appears to be set in a dimly lit bar, most likely in Toronto, where Suits was filmed.
Patrick J. Adams, who played Meghan’s on-screen husband in the legal drama, accompanied the Instagram post with the caption “April 1, 2012.”

Despite Suits concluding in 2019, the show has experienced a resurgence in viewership since it became available on Netflix earlier this year. It set a record for acquired series with 3.14 billion minutes of watch time in the week of June 26-July 2.
Patrick Adams, a Toronto native, recently updated his Instagram profile to humorously reference Meghan’s royal connection. His profile description reads, “the guy from that show you’re watching on that app because that girl married that prince.”
Meghan’s appearance at Beyoncé’s recent concert in Los Angeles, where she partied alongside stars like Katy Perry, the Kardashians, Lizzo, Chris Rock, Adele, and the Biebers, suggests a resurgence in her social activities.
Patrick J. Adams, a staunch supporter of Meghan, had previously expressed his disinterest in being drawn into debates about her. He urged people to focus on more meaningful endeavors and labeled the monarchy as “toxic, archaic, and shameless.”
While Meghan’s life underwent significant changes after her marriage to Prince Harry, her time on Suits remains a cherished part of her journey. Patrick and other former co-stars have maintained close ties with her, attending her wedding and continuing to show support.
